A 90-minute exploration of balance - suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
We will work to learn balance in the body so we can apply it within our daily life. This class will be a vigorous and joyful practice with moments of individual triumph, all set to music. We'll end by integrating our practice through deep relaxation and meditation.
All mats and props will be supplied in the space. All you need to bring is yourself.
